I-90 Eastbound (from Seattle) take exit #7A, 77th Ave SE. Turn left across the freeway. At stop sign turn right onto North Mercer Way. Go one long block to the stop light. Go straight thought the stop light. Turn left onto 81st Avenue SE. Turn right onto SE 24th Street. The Community Center is two blocks up on your left.
I-90 Westbound (from Bellevue) take exit #7, Island Crest Way. Continue straight ahead. Turn right on 81st Avenue SE. Turn right on SE 24th Street. The Community Center is two blocks up on your left.
The Event Center has ample free parking on the property.
Ryan has been involved with corporate sponsorships for 8 years. In his current position, he is responsible for corporate sponsorship, corporate foundation grants, corporate membership and other corporate giving. Previously, he served as Development Director at Three Dollar Bill Cinema, where he was responsible for managing all fundraising programs for an organization with a 5 person staff, which included corporate sponsorship, annual fund, membership, major giving and grant writing. Before that, he was a non-profit and small business consultant at his company Minor & Seneca Consulting where he wrote small business plans, developed grant proposals, advised sponsorship programs, and many other sundry consulting and contract jobs. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Reed College and an MBA from Seattle University. He serves as a Treasurer for Out for Sustainability, an organization that mobilizes the LGBT community for environmental and social action.
Sarah has been involved with corporate sponsorships for seven years. In her current position, she is responsible for identifying, soliciting, stewarding and growing sponsorship commitments. She does this through actively engaging in the local business communities, strengthening and leveraging current partnerships, and enabling ambassadors among her board, staff and volunteers to draw in their professional networks. As the Director of her program, Sarah's corporate sponsorship strategies are designed to dovetail and support overarching departmental goals while dovetailing in support of the wide range of donor segments she manages. Sarah earned her BA in Communications from the University of Washington and an MA in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She is engaged in various local projects promoting the health and well-being of her community.
Rebecca has been involved in seeking and securing corporate sponsorships for 11 years. In her current position, she is responsible for procuring grants and gifts from foundations and corporations. This includes leveraging Board member connections, engaging current and prospective corporate volunteers, securing sponsors for special events, and community networking. Previously, she worked at The University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. In this position, she was responsible for courting corporations and foundations and encouraging them to give to UTEP. This included developing sponsorship packages and identifying and reaching out to corporations whose values were a fit with the University. Rebeecca has also owned her own marketing firm in El Paso, where she worked with corporate clients on their marketing plans and helping them to build revenue. Rebecca volunteers with Arts Connect, a circle of women that supports Hilltop Artists in Tacoma, and raises money to engage incarcerated juvenile girls in glassmaking and other creative arts. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Journalism.

that are specific to your organization. Mentoring sessions cover the same topics as the seminars, and we will assign you a mentor based on his/her availability at your requested times.
